Refund policy
28-day returns
You can request a change-of-mind return within 28 days of receiving your order. Under this additional return offer, items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

You pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. We recommend obtaining proof of posting.
Your UK cancellation rights
You can also cancel an online purchase without giving a reason by notifying us within 14 days after delivery. You then have another 14 days to return the goods.
You may inspect the product as you would in a shop. Where permitted by law, we may deduct an amount for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, including installation or use.
Our additional 28-day offer does not limit these rights.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Contact mustafa@danbishower.com with your order number and details of the problem. Photos may help us resolve it, but are not a condition of your statutory rights.
We will arrange an appropriate refund, replacement or other remedy in accordance with your consumer rights. We cover reasonable return costs for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods where a return is required. Please contact us before paying for postage.
Refunds
For statutory cancellations, we refund you within 14 days after receiving the goods back or receiving evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. Any standard delivery charge paid will also be refunded; additional charges for an upgraded delivery service are not refundable.
For returns under our additional 28-day offer, we refund within 14 days of receiving and checking the returned item.
Refunds are made to your original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.
Discounted items retain the same statutory rights as full-price items.
Exchanges
Contact us if you want to exchange an unused product. We will confirm availability and the return arrangements.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
