These terms apply to purchases through our website and your use of it.
2. Products
We aim to describe our products accurately. Screen settings can affect how colours appear.
The product description identifies what is included. Showerheads are not included unless expressly stated. Check the fitting information and available installation space before ordering.
Our shower-care products are not medical treatments. We make no hard-water softening or other performance claim unless expressly stated and supported for the product.
Nothing in these terms removes your right to receive goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for their stated purpose and as described.
3. Orders
Please check your selected product, variant, quantity and delivery details before ordering.
An order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order. We accept your order when we send a dispatch confirmation.
If we cannot fulfil your order, we will notify you and refund any payment taken. We will not substitute a different product or scent without your agreement.
Cancellation rights are explained in our Return and Refund Policy and remain available after an order is accepted or dispatched.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in GBP and include applicable taxes. Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown before you pay.
Changes to prices do not affect orders we have already accepted. If we discover a pricing error before acceptance, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or receive a refund.
Payments are processed through the payment methods offered at checkout.
5. Delivery
Our Shipping Policy explains delivery arrangements and estimates.
We remain responsible for goods until you or your nominated recipient takes possession, subject to applicable law. Delays do not remove your statutory cancellation or other consumer rights.
6. Returns and faulty goods
Our Return and Refund Policy applies to returns, cancellations and faulty goods.
Your statutory rights apply regardless of any additional return offer or manufacturer warranty.
7. Safe use
Follow the supplied installation and usage instructions. Do not force incompatible fittings or use a damaged product. Stop using the product if it leaks or appears defective and contact us.
These instructions do not limit our responsibility for faulty products.
8. Website use and intellectual property
You must not misuse our website, interfere with its security, submit fraudulent information or infringe another person’s rights.
Website content belongs to DANBI or its respective owners and licensors. You may use it for personal shopping purposes. Commercial reproduction requires permission.
9. Relationship with Shopify
Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform and related services.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill.
Products are supplied for private consumer use. We do not accept liability for business losses where products are used commercially.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you retain the protection of mandatory consumer laws applicable where you live and may bring proceedings in your local courts where permitted.
13. Changes
We may update these terms for future orders. The version applicable when you place your order governs that purchase.
