Shipping policy

Delivery area and cost

We currently deliver to the United Kingdom. Standard UK delivery is free, with no minimum order value.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are fulfilled through our sourcing and fulfilment partner.

Standard transit time is approximately 6–9 business days after dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Order processing takes place before dispatch and is additional to this transit estimate.

Delivery dates are estimates. If processing or delivery is delayed, we will contact you with an update. Unless we agree a different delivery period with you, orders should be delivered within 30 days.

Tracking

We will email tracking information once it is available. Tracking updates may take time to appear after dispatch.

Delivery problems

If your order has not arrived, tracking shows a problem, or your parcel arrives damaged, email mustafa@danbishower.com with your order number.

We remain responsible for goods until they are delivered to you or a person you nominate to receive them, subject to applicable law.

Address changes

Check your delivery address before placing an order. Contact us promptly if it needs correcting. We will try to update it, but changes may not be possible after dispatch.
