Track your order

Every DANBI order ships with tracked delivery. Here's how to follow yours.

1. Check your shipping email
When your order is dispatched, usually within 1 business day, we email you a tracking link. Tap Track your parcel in that email to see live updates. Tracking can take a day or two to show its first scan.

2. Use your order confirmation
Your order confirmation email has a View your order button. It opens your order status page, which shows tracking as soon as it's available.

3. Ask us
Can't find your emails, or tracking hasn't moved? Email mustafa@danbishower.com or call +44 7495 018742 with your order number and we'll check it for you.

Delivery times
Orders are dispatched from China by our fulfilment partner and usually arrive within 6 to 9 business days of dispatch. See our shipping policy for details.
